(QI-CAC)
QI-CAC Purpose
Provides advice to help develop and implement service quality improvement activities--particularly for Ryan White Services.
QI-CAC Goals
Provide information about consumer experiences, with focus on access to and use of services.
Support development and implementation of QI activities
Collect information about consumer experiences.
Serve as advisors to RAAN executive director; support board and staff QI activities.
Inform and educate consumers and other stakeholders about RAAN quality QI activities.
QI-CAC Structure
Two meetings scheduled per year.
Conference calls as needed.
RAAN is committed to consumer involvement to help ensure RAAN is meeting the needs of clients and that people living with HIV/AIDS in rural Minnesota are receiving quality HIV health care.
